I have personal experiences how good and healthy raw vegan diet is. But often if people hear about benefits of this lifestyle they are afraid that they will not like the taste and variety of the food.
But fortunately raw vegan does not mean only eating carrots and cucumbers 😉
It is much more. The uncooked vibrant food is so creative and gives us so many varieties of delicious dishes. We do not need to eat boring food every day.
